Tarpon

Tarpon can tolerate a wide range of salinity, the young tarpon usually are found in fresh water areas and can actually breath at the surface. feeds Tarpon feed on fish and large crustaceans. 

The dorsal fin of the Tarpon extends out to a long filament. They have but one dorsal fin, the back is dark blue to green or greenish black and shades into a bright silver. Tarpon are found inshore, weighing around 45 pounds, but can get over 200 pounds.
